Blackmail Thursday

A couple blog posts ago we were so happy to share with you Allyson and Matt's engagement session at the King Gillette Ranch! HOWEVER, what we failed to mention was that the entire ranch is the location where NBC's The Biggest Loser is filmed! Once Erin and I found out about this little reality show rendezvous, we semi-freaked out!
(roughly translated...Erin majorly freaked out... and I stayed calm)

ANYhoo, we couldn't leave without snapping a few pictures in front of the infamous Biggest Loser training facility :)

**Reality show fun fact: The Biggest Loser Training Facility is completely redesigned and gutted every single season. All of the equipment and gear is donated and everything is rebuilt for every new group of contestants. When we were there it was stripped down to the insulation!**

Emily and Mike's Wedding- Simi Valley: Part I

"Wow, what an awesome wedding." I can remember just thinking that as Erin and I drove home last Saturday night. When I think back and recall the poignant moments of Emily and Mike's wedding, I could without a doubt write volumes about their love for one another. And I LOVE weddings that are all about the love!! (if that makes sense)

"Love never fails," as one of my favorites passages reads. And while we may not always be the perfect example on earth of what love is, I'd like to think that whoever we marry is the embodiment of our own idea of perfect love :)

Emily and Mike, thank you for choosing and trusting Erin and I to capture the devotion, love and trust you have between one another. We are blessed to call you friends and know that we will be seeing one another very soon! (Perhaps at a Lost party soon?) *Emily would always send me texts every week inviting Erin and I...because she's awesome like that*

The Montage Resort in Laguna Beach: Hilary and Brian's Engagement

First of all, I want to give a big cyber hug and high five to Hilary and Brian, for being so patient! It is 1:15AM and we told them that it would be up by 1:00AM at the latest :) Even though we only shot their engagement session last week, we know that they have been DYING to see some photos! (Wouldn't you?! Of course!) A week is like an eternity. Just like when you were a kid and that prize you'd been saving up for by eating 74 boxes of Fruity Pebbles was bound to show up any day now :)

Well Hilary and Brian, I will dispense with prolonging any longer! We are adding a couple more later tonight, cuz we just HAD to give you a few more because you guys are so awesome! But here are a few for you to enjoy! (We are mailing ALL of them out to you first thing Monday morning) While it may not be a secret decoder ring, X-ray glasses, or a beach ball with Tucan Sam on it; we do hope you will enjoy them just as much :)

P.S. Erin and I are so excited to shoot your wedding! If these are any indication, I think we are going to have a rockin' good time. Enjoy!
